1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By registering an Account with hoky99, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hoky99 strictly prohibits Account registration, deposit activity, and gameplay by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk). hoky99 services are intended exclusively for Indonesian residents. Users located outside Indonesia may be restricted from accessing Services at our discretion.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. You acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by region, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gaming activities through any self-exclusion program, whether administered by hoky99 or any third-party organization.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts opened for the benefit of another person are strictly prohibited.

hoky99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification cards (KTP), passports, or driver's licenses. Users who fail to provide requested verification within seven (7) calendar days will have their Accounts suspended until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access hoky99 Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with hoky99. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual, whether intentionally or inadvertently, constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent hoky99 customer support.
• Immediately notify hoky99 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing hoky99 from shared or public devices.

hoky99 will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel other than the secure login page. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals associated with your Account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hoky99 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gaming, and identity theft. As part of this program, we may request documentary evidence including:

• Proof of identity: government-issued KTP, passport, or driver's license showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and document expiry date.
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address matching the address registered with your hoky99 Account.
• Proof of payment method: photograph or screenshot of your bank card (with middle digits obscured), bank account statement, or mobile banking application interface showing your name and account number.

Verification requests must be fulfilled within seven (7) calendar days. Accounts that remain unverified beyond this period may be subject to restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges, limitation of deposit amounts, or temporary Account freeze until verification is completed. hoky99 reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

hoky99 accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfer via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction and typically range from Rp 50.000 to Rp 100.000 depending on the selected payment method. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day to promote responsible gaming; these limits can be reviewed and adjusted in your Account settings.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah. Funds deposited to your hoky99 Account are intended exclusively for gaming and wagering purposes. hoky99 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances. Deposit processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically complete instantly during banking hours (06:00-22:00 WIB), while other banks may require 15 minutes to 2 hours for verification and crediting.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your hoky99 Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account from which deposits were made, as a security measure to prevent money laundering and fraud. If multiple bank accounts were used for deposits, withdrawals will be processed proportionally or at hoky99's discretion following enhanced verification.

Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from Rp 100.000 to Rp 200.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by your VIP tier status: Bronze and Silver members may withdraw up to Rp 10.000.000 per day, Gold members up to Rp 25.000.000 per day, Platinum members up to Rp 50.000.000 per day, and Diamond members up to Rp 100.000.000 per day. Higher limits may be arranged upon request for verified high-volume players.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time of request submission, subject to verification checks and banking hours. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing with typical completion within 4 hours for Gold, 2 hours for Platinum, and 1 hour for Diamond. All processing times are estimates and may be extended due to additional verification requirements, bank processing delays, public holidays, or technical issues beyond hoky99's control.

hoky99 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, duplicate Accounts, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the User will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation or explanation before the withdrawal is approved.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hoky99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses for new members, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, loyalty rewards through our VIP program, and seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, Ramadan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Christmas.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the hoky99 website at the time the bonus is offered. Key standard terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, meaning you must place wagers totaling the specified multiple before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino games 10%. Sports betting contributions vary by odds.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While using bonus funds, the maximum stake per bet, spin, or round is typically capped at Rp 25.000. Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or contribute at reduced rates. Progressive jackpot slots are commonly excluded from bonus play.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days. Unused bonuses expire and are removed from your Account after this period.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts or other fraudulent means will result in Account closure and fund forfeiture.

hoky99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or that bonuses have been claimed through fraudulent or abusive means. Bonus terms are not negotiable and apply equally to all Users.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

hoky99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. We strongly encourage all members to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income and to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming behavior can access the following responsible gaming tools via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using hoky99 Services:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or manipulate games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic low-risk betting or exploiting promotional terms.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack hoky99 software or systems.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to conceal location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hoky99 staff or other Users.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds. hoky99 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the hoky99 website and within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and data compilations, is the property of hoky99 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The hoky99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of hoky99.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from hoky99 without prior written consent. Limited reproduction for personal, non-commercial use (such as printing game rules or promotional terms for personal reference) is permitted provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoky99 and its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or software errors.
• Disputes with other Users or third-party service providers.

hoky99's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your hoky99 Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

The limitations set forth in this section apply regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if hoky99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental/consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable within the jurisdiction in which hoky99 operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including questions regarding existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to amicable negotiation between you and hoky99.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal arbitration proceedings. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with prevailing arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English or Indonesian as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

To the extent permitted by law, you and hoky99 agree that all disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Amendments to Terms

hoky99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered with your Account, by prominent notice on the hoky99 website, or through an in-Account notification upon your next login. Your continued use of hoky99 Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease using hoky99 Services and may request Account closure by contacting customer support. Closure of your Account does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
